How it works
Our standardized call-handling system consists of a 3-point process, which is simple but proven very useful:
The answering machine will state that the office is currently closed, and will follow up on the inquiry on the next business day.
The caller will be prompted to state their inquiry, to which the answering machine will respond with a pre-programmed competent answer.
The answering machine addresses any other questions and then defaults to ending the conversation, automatically forwarding all extracted details to the office email.
